Passionate about making coaching accessible

Roel Wuite and Eileen Jameson moved to live in the Republic of Ireland following 26 years working for the United Nations and its agency for health, the World Health Organization (WHO), in senior management positions in various corners of the world. Prior to this, Roel was an officer of the Dutch Navy while Eileen established and managed her own hygiene training company. 

 

Roel, a Dutch national, holds a Masters degree in Management and Leadership. He is a mediator, and a certified coach with Erickson Coaching International. Roel speaks multiple languages and is totally fluent in English, Dutch and French. 

 

Eileen, an Irish national, is a professional coach, mentor, coaching supervisor and trainer with over 600 hours of one to one coaching, specialising in coaching emotional intelligence, executive, performance and career coaching, and health and nutrition coaching. Eileen holds an MBA and is certified as an internal auditor (CIA). Her coaching certifications are from EQi2(Emotional Intelligence), Marshall Goldsmith (Executive Coaching), the Irish Institute of Health and Nutrition (Health and Nutrition Coaching) and TPC Leadership Coaching UK (Performance Coaching), Team Coaching Global Alliance (Team Coaching) and The Coaching Supervision Academy. Her qualifications are accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at Senior Practitioner level, and with the International Coach Federation at PCC level.

Their careers as Senior Managers in WHO and the United Nations mainly focussed on coaching and facilitating senior management, the development and implementation of strategy, planning, donor reporting, administration, human resources, management, finance and KPI reporting.  Much of their focus of the management role over the past two decades has been on restructuring and defining new and more effective strategies and structures.

 

Over their long careers it became evident to them that many everyday negative aspects of conflicts are reduced when individuals feel appreciated and healthy and are enabled to use their potential to add value for themselves, their team and their environment. Similarly, in a business context, that the daily challenge of management is facilitated though recognition and use of team members’ strengths, cultural potential and constant nurturing of emotional intelligence as well as leveraging the positive aspects of team conflict.

 

They are convinced of the positive impact of coaching for everyone, and are aware that many people think that only other people can have access to coaching. WJP Coaching Partners aims to lower these perceived barriers to coaching and make coaching, mentoring and supervision accessible for everyone.
